I scale e-commerce brands into their next revenue bracket.
I run the paid media behind a portfolio of Egyptian and regional e-commerce brands, turning around EGP 18 million a year of ad budget into tracked, profitable revenue. Brands come to me stuck at a ceiling. They leave it behind.
What I do
Everything that moves revenue, and nothing that does not.
No account handed to a junior buyer, no strategy deck that never reaches the ad account, and no activity billed as progress.
Paid social
Meta and TikTok as the growth engine. Account structure built for scale, creative testing that finds the angle your market actually responds to, and budget scaling that holds its return instead of collapsing the moment you push it.
Paid search and shopping
Google Ads across search, shopping and performance campaigns, capturing the demand your social spend creates and the demand already in market. Clean product feeds, tight search terms, and budget pointed at the queries that convert.
Offer, funnel and conversion rate
Traffic is the easy half. I work on the offer, the landing page and the checkout with you, because a point of conversion rate is worth more than a month of optimisation. Tracking is fixed as part of this, so growth decisions rest on real numbers.
Growth planning and forecasting
A written plan for where the revenue comes from next quarter: budget by month, the return each tier needs to hold, the inventory and creative it depends on, and the risks that would break it. You know what you are buying before you spend it.
Selected brands
Fashion, streetwear, beauty, kidswear, footwear, electronics and home.
A portfolio of Egyptian and regional brands across a dozen categories, run month after month rather than audited once and handed back.
Growth is rarely one clever campaign. It is a better offer, a sharper audience and a creative that earns attention, held steady and compounded month after month.
How an engagement runs
Find the lever. Then lean on it.
Find the constraint
Every stuck account has one binding constraint, and it is rarely the ad budget. It is the offer, the creative, the audience, the landing page or the margin. I find which one is holding the account down before touching anything else, because spending harder against the wrong constraint just loses money faster.
Rebuild the engine
Account structure, audiences and creative rebuilt around that constraint, with purchase optimisation from day one. Tracking is repaired in the same pass, so that every decision from here is made on revenue you can actually verify.
Scale what works
Budget moves toward the winners in steps the algorithm can absorb, so the return holds as the spend climbs. A testing slot keeps running the whole time, so the account never ends up depending on one tired creative.
Compound it
Each month the winning angles become next month's baseline, retention and repeat-purchase audiences take over more of the revenue, and the paid budget goes back to finding new customers. That is how an account grows without the cost of every sale climbing with it.
Before you ask
What brand owners ask before we start.
What size brand do you work with?
Established e-commerce brands with a working product and real order volume, typically spending from around EGP 50,000 a month upwards. If you are pre-launch or still testing whether the product sells, media buying is not your bottleneck yet and I will tell you so.
Do you take over the existing account or start fresh?
Almost always take over. Account history is an asset and throwing it away resets learning you have already paid for. A rebuild inside the existing account gets the same result without the cost of starting from zero.
How fast should I expect results?
The first structural fixes land inside two weeks. Real movement in revenue takes a full purchase cycle to read honestly, so judge me at 60 to 90 days rather than on a good Tuesday. Anyone promising a transformation in week one is describing luck.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do, always. I work inside accounts you own, through access you grant and can revoke at any time. Nothing is run through an agency account you cannot see into, and your data is never mixed with another brand's. The privacy policy sets that out in full.
Do you handle creative production?
I handle creative strategy, briefing and testing, and I will tell you exactly which concepts to shoot next based on what the account is showing. Production itself sits with your team or your producer, which keeps it faster and cheaper than routing it through me.
Tell me where the account is stuck.
Send me the monthly spend, the return you are getting and the number you want to reach. I will tell you straight whether I think I can get you there, before either of us talks about fees.
